Students with financial difficulties could apply for the following grant or loans:
- Grant from Diocesan Lenten Collection Allocation Committee
In the spirit of Lent, grants have been approved by the Diocesan Lenten Collection Allocation Committee to support our students experiencing financial difficulties. The award of such grants is subject to a means test and the grant is given to students with genuine financial hardships only. Application forms and guidelines can be collected from the Student & Academic Services Office in early-October of each year. Grants are awarded to successful applicants in the second semester of the academic year as partial payment of the tuition fee.
- Non-means-tested Loan (for Accredited Programmes)
Under the Non-means-tested Loan Scheme, our students may apply for the non-means-tested loan from the Government through the SFAA (for students admitted in our accredited programmes). Since the non-means-tested loan will be provided regardless of the financial circumstances, interest will be charged and may vary from year to year. Application forms and information booklets of both Schemes can be obtained from the Student & Academic Services Office.
