About CICE
Caritas Institute of Community Education is subordinate to the Community & Higher Education Service of Caritas-Hong Kong. Today, we have developed as one of the largest educational providers in Hong Kong. There are 15 learning and training centres which provide diversified education service to the community in different districts. We have been successfully accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications to offer sub-degree programmes pitched up to QF-Level 4.
We aim to provide quality learning programmes and vocational training to students and to develop their moral values and attitudes, so as to prepare them well for further study and future career. We also provide a wide range of academic, vocational and professional programmes for working adults, to support their lifelong learning and to develop learning communities for them, so that they could utilize their full potentials and contribute to the society.
