When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.1 is issued :
All centres of CICE are to operate as usual.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is issued :
Unless advised otherwise, all centres of CICE are to operate as usual .  

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Pre-No.8 or No.8 or above is issued :
All centres of CICE are to suspend.

Rainstorm Warning Signal Amber :
All centres of CICE are to operate as usual.

1. Issued before lesson starts - All centres of CICE are to suspend. School tests and examinations are to be postponed
2. Issued after 6am(some students have left home to go to school) - All centres of CICE will be closed , school tests and examinations are to be postponed. All centres of CICE are to implement contingency measures to ensure that all centres of CICE are open and staff can take care of the students , and at the appropriate time to properly arrange for students to return home
3. Issued during school hours - All centres of CICE continue lessons until lessons end and students can return home safely.
