  • Apply by Walk in
    Applicants can go to any schools of our Caritas Institute of Community Education to hand in the application form and arrange for interview. You can get the application form via website download or school affairs office. While you hand in the application form, please also hand in the following documents:

    • Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport; AND
    • Academic qualification document (Original and Copy)
    • Original and copy of the Hong Kong Secondary School Diploma/Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination/Advanced Level Examination Results and Diploma (Fresh graduates of the current DSE can do the registration after the result-release)

  • Application by Post
    Applicants can go to any schools of our Caritas Institute of Community Education to hand get the application form, please fill in the application form and together with the Hong Kong Identity Card, all of the academic qualification document and anything in copies (whenever suitable) that can make your application easier, and post to the following address:

Registration Fee
HKD 130 (Please pay on the interview day)
- For applicants who are the students of Caritas Institute of Community Education and of any secondary schools of Caritas Hong Kong, the registration is waived

Attention
  1. Payment method: We accept CASH, EPS, Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft. If payment is settled by crossed cheque or bank draft, please write it payable to “Caritas-Hong Kong, and please write your name in both Chinese and English, HKID no., contact number and the course name/no that has been accepted. Bank draft is not allowed.
  2. Reservation fee: Reservation fee must be settled upon registration, the balance of school fee will be settled on the first day of every school month.
  3. All paid fee cannot be transferred.
  4. Except the designated course, all places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  5. We reserve the final decision to accept the student. If the total number of entrants for a designed course is insufficient, we have the right to cancel the course, student cannot have any objections to this, and if there is any dispute, we have the final decision.
  6. Refund arrangement of Higher Diploma:
    If applicant is admitted through JUPAS and obtained for full time bachelor’s degree of the Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP), you can apply for the refund of the Higher Diploma reservation fee, but with HKD 500 administration fee for this arrangement. Deadline for the reservation fee refund:
    1. Afternoon of 12th August 2022 (Only applicable to applicants who have been admitted via JUPAS)
    2. Afternoon of 29th August 2022 (Only applicable to applicants who are re-considering the application after the review results and are eligible for admission via JUPAS)
    3. Afternoon of 31st August 2022 (Only applicable to applicants who are eligible for admission in the re-election of JUPAS)
  7. According to regulations, the reservation fee will not be refunded except the cancellation of course or the arrangement of item 6 mentioned above.

If personal information provided by applicants is insufficient, we may not be able to process the registration and provide the necessary service.
